Development Layer: Simultaneously creates your own private WiFi network with fixed IP addresses (192.168.10.x).

Your devices connect to HelpRouter’s private network. External WiFi changes constantly as you travel. Your private network never changes.

Result: Your development environment stays identical everywhere.

Your servers maintain consistent addresses regardless of location:

Git Server:      192.168.10.1
Dev Database:    192.168.10.100
Test Devices:    192.168.10.101
